Preparation for Reporting and Progress Updates
November 2024
November marked a pivotal period for the CARS Project EU as the team focused on preparing for the first periodic reporting milestone. While much of the work was behind the scenes, these efforts were essential to documenting our progress and setting the stage for the next phases of the project.
Building on October’s Momentum
Earlier this semester, our principal investigator, Dr. Ing. Lawrence Farrugia Caruana, was invited to share his expertise during a University of Malta workshop on successful Erasmus project proposals. Drawing from the CARS Project’s application process, he highlighted the challenges and rewards of designing innovative educational projects. The session sparked engaging discussions among attendees, offering valuable insights into the strategies behind Erasmus+ projects. Read More About the Workshop Here.
Showcasing Progress Through Visuals
November also saw the creation of curated photo galleries to visually document key project milestones:
Kickoff Meeting: The January launch event set the tone for collaboration and innovation.
Burgos Training: October’s teacher training sessions brought AR storytelling to classrooms across Europe.
These galleries provide a glimpse into the collaborative energy driving the CARS Project.
Preparing for the Periodic Report
The team dedicated considerable time to refining project materials, including:
Finalizing and translating key instruments, such as observation protocols and questionnaires, into Greek, Maltese, and Spanish.
Ensuring clarity and accessibility of all documents for partners and stakeholders.
While the reporting process is behind the scenes, it forms the backbone of the project’s success. This month’s efforts ensure that the CARS Project continues to make meaningful strides in its mission to integrate Augmented Reality into language learning.
